Friendly and the staff was always able to answer all my questions. Clean and has parking! Great stay and recommend! I stored for a year and half. They are also very good with reminders wether I happen to be late will my bill or they will close for a holiday, i appreciated that

There are a lot of bumps along the path to the entrance, and even some holes in the loading dock diamond plate - both of which can make moving in/out a bit difficult (could use some repairs). The person who operated the elevator (did not catch his name) kindly helped us with our move-out. Inari in the office is great - friendly and professional!
