How U-Haul Reviews WorkCommunication on repairs or outages was extremely poor. Staff was non attentive to concerns and lacked the ability to effectively communicate in real time regarding impacts that would affect customers. Multiple times the elevator was out of service and the staircase was the only way to get up and down. Beer cans and bottles were found near the upstairs restroom often leading to restrooms being locked for what I assume to prevent trespassers. Temperature controlled was what I was told our unit was and yet the thermostat never reflected that. I had lost items that were impacted by the heat of the facility. Leading to those items ultimately having to be tossed. Overall experience was poor and coming from another uhaul facility were they truly focused on customer service this was an extremely poor transition.
