Move in was fantastic! 2 carts available. Move out, 1 cart was no where to be found. The other cart had a broken or missing wheel. I do believe that some customer had no respect for the property of the storage unit. This was my first time using a storage unit. I was hoping to pay for the 3 weeks that it was needed, or for a month minimum. Pleased that first month was pro-rated, then surprised there was an "admin? fee". The next month was full price, even though we moved out on the 8th. This may be normal for all storage units. I still rate this place excellent! It is easily accessable, well lit, have equipment available to help move your stuff and very clean.
