Not many downstairs big storages. Really hard moving with a upstairs one. But very nice friendly place.

Melissa R | Overall ExperienceOverall I am more than satisfied with UHaul Storage on Skyland Blvd. It was always clean, safe, and easily accessible. My only suggestion of improvement are the timed lights inside the storage facility. It would be nice if the lights stayed on longer for those cleaning or loading their storage unit. A huge thumbs up for the inside "free for all" designated location where customers can either take or leave items for free. Yes, for those looking for a storage unit, I would suggest UHAUL on Skyland Blvd. Thank You.

My apartment was not ready when I got here and I remembered I qualified for a free month of storage. This facility was clean, safe and the employees were helpful and kind. A great place and great people.
Nichole M | Overall ExperienceFrom the time I picked up my U-Haul trailer in Española New Mexico until I dropped it off at Tuscaloosa Alabama the staff at both facilities were incredibly helpful. Tony in Tuscaloosa was extremely patient and helpful assisting with the trailer and the storage facility. They made my cross country move so much easier and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Roselyn G | Overall ExperienceStaff is extremely rude and extremely lazy! I moved out over a week before my next month was due and they never approved my moved out until almost a month later. Tried to say I owed a late fee and a whole months rent that I wasn’t using the utility during. poor customer service and very lazy! staff was speaking on the company phone with a friend talking about “getting knocked up by her baby daddy” and waved me to the side until she finished her conversation 15 minutes later!
