So far so good, the facility looks great, very clean, very orderly, in great repair. The gate works, and you can open it with a cell phone app (Storage Genie), which is a plus when your driving a big truck, since hanging out the window or getting out is a PITA. The floor is a little uneven in my storage unit, I got one where 4 slabs intersect and some of them either sank or pushed up, but I worked around it. Its a very good storage place.
