raymond r | First ImpressionsThe unit was fine and in good repair, access was good. It scored lower because of the long walk and flight of stairs between the outside access door and the unit. Even with a cart to get from the outside access to the stairs, it would still require carrying everything up a flight of stairs to get in and out of the unit.,
CHRIS C | Overall ExperienceGreat place to rent a unit. However, upon emptying my unit and sweeping it out… so much mouse pee and droppings. As I unboxed things and uncovered furniture, a lot is ruined - I found a mouse nest, chewed through items, pee and droppings everywhere and in everything. Maybe they can increase rodent control? Just a suggestion. In a climate controlled area with a bait box, wasn’t expecting to deal with that. There’s a bait box in the unit but obviously a problem going on…. I sadly had to throw a lot of things out. Also, the community area where you place things in good condition for neighbors isn’t what it says it is. For years I have always placed gently used things there that people took. Before emptying my unit today, I placed a lot there. I was told to move everything to the dumpster which was not easily accessible. One kind employee helped me access the dumpsters and gate. Just needs better communication or get rid of the community sharing area for used things. Wasn’t expecting that and never had an issue previously. Otherwise, climate control and easy access get 5 stars. Loved being able to come and go with my card anytime.

If it wasn't for the free month I got when I rented the tow dolly I probably would have went somewhere else closer to my residence.
