I arrived to my unit with a fully packed truck that I had to borrow to take a load there. When I arrived the door was completely smashed in. I called and was directed to some outsourced center. They then tried moving me to a unit that the door was completely off the hinges, after wrestling with it for a bit I gave up on it opening and had to flag down a guy on a lawn mower for help. He said it was broken and couldn't be used. At that point I was moved to a smaller unit because that was all that was available, which wasn't going to work. It was a hot day and my dogs were with me in the car... I ended up canceling all together. To say it was a negative experience is an understatement.

Jennifer L | ReservationHad 30k worth of vehicles stolen out of this extremely unsecured property 9and the owner immediately pointed her finger at me, went through one of the toughest times of my life and I had to deal with unprofessional owners like this. I confront her with the fact that the detectives arrested 1 of 2 of the repeat offenders from the area and it was no one I knew. She did not apologize to me for her comments or have any remorse what so ever. I would not recommend this place for anyone to ever use.
Tim F | Overall ExperienceNo issues during my rental period of over a year. Would rent storage at this facility again.
Robert V | Overall ExperienceVery helpful staff each time I had a question. My items secured and accessible at all times of year. Thank you. Storage unit clean, no rodents, zero leakage. Recommend 100% use of if your looking for a storage unit to keep your belongings and family keepsakes secure.
Melinda L | Overall ExperienceSecurity and lighting is minimal, but price is right if you dont mind that, service and staff is commendable.
Crystal K | Overall ExperienceThe lot could be plowed and salted more in the winter.
Derrick W | Overall ExperienceIt’s expensive
MAGAN W | Overall ExperienceMy 2nd month there, my storage unit was broken in to and a lot of expensive things were stolen. No one 5there to report it to, so I just loaded up what I could and left. Now they want rent payment. That's BS they couldn't keep my property safe.
John B | Overall ExperienceI had my storage there and it got broken into 2 times and nothing was done i lost a lot of stuff
Sona W | Overall ExperienceProperty is advertised as having video surveillance however my unit was broken into and items were taken. No video was offered
Juanita F | Overall ExperienceThank u
Tiffany F | Overall ExperienceI would definitely make this storage facility my first choice, should I need it again! Very easy to work with.
Jamie H | Overall ExperienceMy move out was actually on November 5th 2018. I was charged for December but they were "very sorry" I would not recommend this facility that you never see an employee and business is by phone only.
Michelle P | Overall ExperienceThe staff are very courteous and professional.
Autumn L | Overall ExperienceBEFORE my first payment was due, I was locked out of my storage unit. I rented the unit the beginning of October and by the 29th, I was locked out, payment not due until November 1st.
