Probably great for indoor space but not designed or managed from outdoor storage. Wr have parked our camper there for 3 years. Since Crown took over, I was twice informed that I had not paid my rent, which is on bank draft and automatically paid, construction materials limit parking outside, and, as a result we've had to call to get other vehicles moved in order to hook up our camper. The final straw was receiving an e-mail that looked like a scam. "Sign this paper immediately!" With no explanation. Turned out, the explanation was in a text that we never received even after calling to try to find out if the e-mail was indeed a scam.

There were some issues in the cross over as the new owners took over (not having all the financial records straight & access panel not accepting my number to enter), but I think that with time, those will be resolved and everything will be smooth. The facility is very clean and very well maintained and even as a woman, I never felt unsafe there by myself.
