When I originally obtain the unit the owner was accommodating, polite, on point with responding, answered calls and text messages. The owner has since sold the storage units to someone else. The person that is responsible for answering the phone is rude and disrespectful. Talks over you when you are making inquiries. I had one of their locks on my unit. And attempting to have it removed was like pulling teeth. It would take days if at all for them to respond to messages. I highly recommend finding a different place to store your belongings.

There was a 6 in cylinder hole visible from the outside and upon opening the unit was all the way through. In two different areas of unit the insulation was falling down. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. There were no additional units for rent that were in the size I needed therefore I was unable to use this vendor. I was issued a refund and was apologized to.
