How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe arrived right before closing time and the service team on-site was very courteous, helpful and professional. They were very friendly and efficient with the minimal amount of paperwork required. The rental unit was exactly what we requested, was clean and was easy to access. Everything went extremely well and we were able to get everything moved in quickly.
David S | ReservationFriendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Clean facilities. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.
Alexandra C | Overall Experience100% Happy with this facility and staff: The reservation and check-in process was flawless. I was walked to the unit for an inspection which was great. The unit was in pristine condition and the climate control was perfect. Our move-in was smooth and most items fit with no problem. We reserved a 5x10. Some long items were a challenge to negotiate into the space, but fit fine in the unit. The high ceiling height is great.
Scott M | ReservationThe staff were very polite and professional. They explained the options regarding unit sizing and insurance coverages. The entire site was kept very clean. This location is perfect access to Hwy 111. We left a google review and received a free month of rent. We also had rented a U-Haul trailer and received another month free. The best part was the staff brought it up in conversation. They didn’t try to “hide” the offer. They were always nice. Thank you for a great experience.
Erick S | Overall ExperienceWe were moving from Oregon to Cookeville and needed a Climate Controlled unit for our household items since our home in Cookeville was still being built. I called three weeks ahead of time and spoke with Riley about what we might need for a couple of months related to storage. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend and the two young gentlemen got us all set up in a timely manner. The process was easy the units and business very clean with plenty of room for the moving trucks to park. I highly recommend this business, Thank you for your great service. Bruce and
memoriee s | ReservationThe staff at simply safe storage are amazing. They took time to show me a few units while I tried to decide what I needed. I had to change my move in date and the worked with me to get that accomplished. Also I was able to rent a truck there which was very convenient. My move went well and I am very pleased with my choice.
Rae G | ReservationExtremely pleased with this facility. Clean, safe, very well lit and the office staff was pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Alexandra C | ReservationIt was easy to reserve a storage unit. When we got there, the person helping us was very nice. The place is secure. It was easy to find our unit. Plenty of room to drive up and unload.
Heather M | ReservationFrom the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The security features gave me complete peace of mind, everything from controlled access to surveillance made it clear that my belongings were in safe hands. I also appreciate how easy it was to access my unit 24/7.
ROBERT M | Overall ExperienceGreat experience with the two gentlemen. We arrived right as they were closing up the office, but they stayed to answer questions and direct us to our unit, even turning their computer back on to get me a copy of our contract. They were super helpful and had great customer service attitudes.
