It’s a great place
Chrisy B | Overall ExperienceWe had this storage for few years, if there was a problem it got took care of right away until the last people came on board! It got infested with big rats and couldn't get anything done until right before we moved out! The woman that was put in last was rude and took her time getting anything done about it....we lost several things because of it! Had my sons toy box that was 40+ years old and they chewed on it, she acted like that was no big deal...well it was full of sentimental value to us! Everything in that huge storage unit had to be washed and cleaned because of rat crap and pee! Extra work on us that we didn't need! We had this unit for years and never had issues and if we did they were attended to immediately! These people over it now don't seem to care! We also had to throw some things away that Had been chewed up and they acted like no big deal...she would say you got insurance...well let me tell you insurance can't replace sentimental things! We had issues with mold and she acted like no big deal...well it was a big deal! We found a pack of crackers and a pack of cookies in behind our mattresses that had been there a while that rats had been eating on...we never had food in that unit...so why were these in behind our mattresses? I fact was things we never bought! Check with other people at that facility and ask if they have had rat issues! One Couple told us they had ate up a couch of theirs and they were worried about their new appliances they had in there...they had sold a house and had to move quickly...it's ridiculous you pay our all that money and trust you guys to make sure NO varmits ate there! This is the only person that's been in that doest do their job! We have 1 small climate control and will be moving out of it very soon! Next time we will definitely look into other units around town...we've had other people complaining as well! You guys shud of kept Matthew in there! He was super helpful and cared!
DANIEL T | Overall ExperienceEverything went great for us our only issue was there was mice or rats whichever that got into a couple of our boxes. But that comes with the risk of putting anything in storage. Easily managed and taken care of though.

When I was laid off from work when the year pandemic hit she worked with me on my payments and even though my storage was in lein she still worked with me. I was finally able to pay my storage off in full. So thank you Deatra for all your patience.
