The location and the facility were great for our needs. We needed a climate controlled unit and the one we rented served it's purpose quite well. Anytime that we needed to talk to the staff, they were always assessable and always friendly. Will recommend Affordable Storage in the future.

As a long-term customer who had multiple storage areas over the years at Affordable storage it seemed like the rent increases were too frequent and excessive.

Also we seen a couple locks that had been drilled out nearby and on the ground where obviously somebody was trying to get into the units to steal. This is why we cleaned ours out and moved elsewhere.

But, I started having concerns about the security as the gate was broken and not repaired for over 2 months. During that time the gate was left open 24/7 and during that period I noticed twice the door entering the climate controlled building was also left unlocked. While at the facility at night I noticed several security lights were either turned off or not working. These concerns plus the increased rental cost from $120 per month ten years ago to $180 now caused me to look for another alternative.
