Storage facility is very well maintained. We initiated everything online and it was so easy. The unit was nice and clean when we moved our items in it. It was also very secure.

But, I started having concerns about the security as the gate was broken and not repaired for over 2 months. During that time the gate was left open 24/7 and during that period I noticed twice the door entering the climate controlled building was also left unlocked. While at the facility at night I noticed several security lights were either turned off or not working. These concerns plus the increased rental cost from $120 per month ten years ago to $180 now caused me to look for another alternative.
