Ray R | Overall ExperienceWe quickly had to move in 2015 and they made it super easy. We never had any problems getting in and out of the units whenever we needed to. When we finally were able to get our stuff out, 6 yrs layer, everything was the exact same way as when we put it in. No bugs, water damage, or mice. Just our stuff. The office staff were always helpful, even when we got a new credit card number and forgot to call and let them know.

The facility—-the office, the grounds, the storage buildings and units—-have been clean and well-maintained. They even took care of a treasured antique table that my movers had left in a hallway (!) and I didn’t realize was missing until weeks later. Such a good bunch of folks.
