Despite multiple letters and emails regarding this abandoned storage unit with Highway Mini Storage on Claridge Bridge Road, Goldsboro, NC, it took getting the NC State Attorney involved to finally get them to empty the unit abandoned since Oct 2023. They continued to charge storage fees and late charges and send repeated emails regarding this over the course of 17 months. The storage building was not well cared for and had a stink bug infestation; we discovered several in our belongings after vacating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

She was incapable of working with me when it came to returning the deposit because it was a unique situation. I was in a car accident and am completely immobile for 3-6 months. We are currently living in a temporary house on base and would be moving into our permanent residents in the middle of December. She acted as if there was nothing she could do and got extremely irritated with me. Completely unnecessary and needs to be told how to handle situations for customers. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone I know.
