Bruce D | Overall ExperienceI’ve had an excellent experience with U-Haul Storage in Grand Forks. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to contact me before renewing my storage unit. They understood my situation and made sure I had all the information I needed before any renewal took place. That level of communication and consideration is something you don’t see very often. Later on, I also rented a trailer from them, and once again they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They helped me get the trailer size that worked best for my situation and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every interaction I’ve had with the team has been positive. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to find a solution. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or rental equipment in the Grand Forks area. Great people, excellent service, and a company that truly cares about its customers.

They gave it a valiant effort though. We were in the space over the winter and there was never an issue with access due to snow - it was always ready for us to access.
