I did move in and everything is fine.
Tina M | ReservationMy shed is 155. There were no lights working in that area. My visit was after dark. If I did not have my headlamp I could not have seen very well. Gate worked fine. Facilities looked clean. Thanks, Bernie
Bernie B | ReservationI was able to move into my unit yesterday and I am pleased with the unit with one exception. I observed the AC is set at 74 however the temp reading was 80 when I was moving into the unit. This is supposed to be climate controlled so please have the AC repaired. Thank you.
VINCENT H | ReservationWhen we spoke with someone they were nice friendly. Enjoyed having storage close to JSU Campus. During the years we rented there was an owner change 1 or 2 times. The first time we had trouble contacting them. Now the customer service has been excellent. Just make sure you call during there daytime hours. Thank you JSS!!

I've been getting the runaround about getting my refund nobody seems to want to contact me back. I've called five times and I've emailed at least three. Still with no response. So that is the reason for my bad review. All I want is my money back for a unit that I didn't even use. When I called I was told it wasn't an emergency situation to justify them calling the manager that all they could do was send him a message which they've done five times with no response. I was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. I have heard nothing. Not even an email response. So no this company is not somebody I would recommend. Their customer service is a joke.

Rachel S | ReservationGot the runaround every time I tried to call in for anything, would wait a week or more for an answer from "management" Worst customer experience I've ever had. Uhaul answers the phone as Jacksonville Storage but they can only provide help on certain issues, have to email the "management" at the location. Terrible system and response, was a nightmare. Too bad, the facility is really nice.
