Once they got bought out, they lost all true help. Their call service was unhelpful. Their response time, unhelpful. It may not be the women's fault that recently just took the job, I can't blame her for not knowing much. I had been using this facility for probably close to 6 years. I have spent if not, more than $6,120 in hard earned money. For at the end, they try and *UCK me when I try and move out. There are other facilities that are, climate controlled, better security, better pest prevention, better on call help, same 24/7 access, more convenient operating hours, FOR ONLY $65.00 A MONTH!!!
