My initial experience with Tyler was rude and unprofessional. June 13, I moved my things in. GRASS was tall and the storage structure was surrounded by a lot of waste and debris. EXTREMELY difficult to get to the unit because auto shop parked their customers cars TOO FAR OVER. HUGH HOLES around storage structure. June 27, I moved out. That’s a total of 15 days. No prorated rate was APPLIED or OFFERED.

Margie L | Overall ExperienceI’m not happy with being able to access the unit. The staff I coordinated with were rude and unprofessional. The staff was a parttime employee who was out of town and had no backup. I will not be able to access unit until Saturday June 13, 2026. The contract said my card would be charged when I moved in, but my card was charged for reservation fee and another charge already Not a good.
