I'm not sure why the records show us using the facility in Marion. Our unit was 4D11 in the allegedly climate controlled facility on hwy 39 just north of North Hills street in Meridian. The building is literally falling apart. The climate control does not work. The units were broken into a while back as well. Our particular room, 4D11, is on an exterior wall and suffered from water intrusion and a termite infestation that destroyed not only boxes but irreplaceable photos. I would not recommend storing anything here, including the garbage left by other renters that moved out and left behind. Unfortunately, I can not give you 0 stars.

The office manager is Great! is Professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person who is always willing to help, assist, explain, advise, etc. who can answer all of your questions. I was a Queen City Storage Veteran for 11 years. I have no regrets, no complaints, no seconds thoughts about Queen City Storage. Excellent, straight-up, friendly people who provide a good service, at a good price. It's your decision, make the right move.
Craig N | Overall ExperienceI chose this facility because it was allegedly climate controlled. It was not properly climate controlled. Many times when I went to the facility the air conditioning was not functioning and it was extremely hot and humid inside. I notified the office and owner several times of this issue. As I was moving my stuff out, I noticed they had a new unit, so maybe the issue is now resolved (but it being November, I don't have a way of knowing that for sure). There were also water leaks that damaged items I had stored. With the water and high temperature, mold grew on some boxes and furniture, resulting in me having to throw away items. Overall, it was not a positive experience, with the convenient location being the only real positive.
