This U-Haul business is an outstanding operation with the utmost professionalism that anyone could ask for while at the same time always putting the customer's needs first!!! The only reason I moved out was due to be hospitalized for 25 days and then needed to retire from the antique business and sell everything I had in my storage unit. Mr. Mike and his staff have been extremely helpful over the years that I have been with U-Haul. I highly recommend Mr. Mike and this U-Haul Center!!!

gerald J. | Overall ExperienceWe had our stuff in storage for approx. 3 weeks. Upon pick up, we discovered mice poop was all over the unit including our belongings. I notified the manager but nothing was done. Upon unpacking our belongings we found mouse poop on most of our stuff. I have to wash all our clothing, linen, and kitchenware articles. Food items had to be disposed of. I called U-Haul and filed a formal complaint.
