Tabitha P | Overall ExperienceI was supposed to get a call back from a manager due to their was a rodent in the storage facility. A few of my items were chewed and had rodent feces on them. The manager never returned my call to even apologize for the inconvenience. The girl who answers the phone has no customer service skills and has the most bland personality, not very friendly. Also no communication when your payment does not go through, or u forget to change ur card on file. Just felt like there could be more of a courtesy due to u spending over $100 a month.
