Complex is unpaved (Gravel) which makes hand trucking impossible. Also the driveway space and set up is to compressed. It took some skills to drive our 26' uhaul through the complex. Having the padlock supplied was a great help and. The 10 x 30 unit was clean (looked new actually) and very spacious. Just the lack of pavement and tight driving arrangement made for a longer day then needed.

Beau S | ReservationAt first glance, the facility didn't seem secure, but they did have solar motion-sensor lights, and the fact that there was no locked gate just made it easier for me to access. I never sensed any danger there.The office was easy to access by phone, but there should have been some way to communicate that there was an actual local office, since the one at the facility was always closed. Before I called them, I kept going back to see when they would be open. I don't really know if this is average or not, since I've never been to any other storage facility.
