It wasn’t until I had decided to move out that the facility was finally cleaned up and I would have felt safer coming over there by myself. Up until then I didn’t feel safe coming over in the evening much less certain times during the day. Your rent kept going up but nothing was done to the property to better the condition of it. Loosing Lonnie didn’t help either. I stayed as long as I did because of him. He did what he could do to help the place but he could only do so much so I left after being there since the old owners had it and prior to your ownership and fire.
