Marlene was always available and responded in a timely manner to any changes or questions I had. She has been so sweet and professional during my rental of 2 units. I had to move from 1 to another during my time renting and she made the process simple and was so understanding to my situation. I highly recommend this storage location. Great spot and it was easy for me to access my property as needed.

Sometimes recurring accounts on peoples banks do not get removed accordingly after services have been cancelled. I have been assured that I will not see any more debits from my banking account from you haul. And I am requesting that my bank account data be completely removed from all you haul data center computers Plz send verification of that request

We rented two large units for about six months & then were able to rearrange boxes & condense it all into one unit - which we rented for over another year. The only unfortunate thing we’d add is that - like everything else in Payson - the rent is expensive when compared to valley or anywhere area in TX we’re looking at moving to. Not sure why prices are so much higher here, but they sure seem to be. But if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, safe storage facility, we given them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
