Marlene was always available and responded in a timely manner to any changes or questions I had. She has been so sweet and professional during my rental of 2 units. I had to move from 1 to another during my time renting and she made the process simple and was so understanding to my situation. I highly recommend this storage location. Great spot and it was easy for me to access my property as needed.

Sylvia M | Overall ExperienceThey worked with me when I needed it and everything was always smooth. If I ever need to store again I would gladly store here again without issue. Been there for many years but it was time to get unit taken care. Thank you McLane Self Storage in Payson, AZ.
Rebecca H | Overall ExperienceMarlene is super nice everything went smooth I would recommend this facility to everyone great experience.
Lorraine P | Overall ExperienceI'll be very satisfied if at end of February 2026 and beginning March 2026 if I do not see a charge to my banking account for the month of March after I have already moved out. Sometimes recurring accounts on peoples banks do not get removed accordingly after services have been cancelled. I have been assured that I will not see any more debits from my banking account from you haul. And I am requesting that my bank account data be completely removed from all you haul data center computers Plz send verification of that request
Richard T | Overall ExperienceMarlene was friendly and efficient! Highly recommend this facility.
Gary S | Overall ExperienceWe still have a storage unit at McLane Self Storage but closed our 2nd one due to not needing it anymore. The facility is clean and well lit. The manager Marlene is very sweet and helpful. We would recommend this facility to others for their Storage needs.
Eric H | Overall ExperienceStaff was always helpful, polite, personable & easy to work with. Site is secure & we never worried about our personal belongings being harmed or stolen. We rented two large units for about six months & then were able to rearrange boxes & condense it all into one unit - which we rented for over another year. The only unfortunate thing we’d add is that - like everything else in Payson - the rent is expensive when compared to valley or anywhere area in TX we’re looking at moving to. Not sure why prices are so much higher here, but they sure seem to be. But if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, safe storage facility, we given them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
EVERETT M | Overall ExperienceI will be making a formal complaint with the town on this facility and how myself and my client were cheated. Total scam. I might even go on our local radio station to tell my story.
Deborah M | Overall ExperienceMarlene was wonderful.
Ron N | Overall ExperiencePrice was right. Staff was very friendly. The facility is fairly old looking and corridors are narrow and difficult to maneuver, especially if you are pulling a trailer. It is acceptable storage if you are on a tight budget.
Bob K | Overall ExperienceI have had a unit with McLane Self Storage for about 4 years. Nothing less than excellent service. The first exceptional office manager retired and was followed by M, who shows promise to excel. These people are efficient yet very friendly. They go out of the way to meet customer needs. JK
