I decided to NOT rent storage from this facility after driving out to view the property. The first impression of this facility is the burned out building at the front of the property. Sorry for the fire, however, it would be better if you took the entire building that was burned down and cleaned up that area. Also, after initially reserving a unit, I was surprised that the price was almost double the initial quote from online. I did report this to U-Haul prior to 6/8 when I tried to reach someone to cancel my reservation.

This lack of communication was troubling as I could not get confirmation that the autopay was disabled.

My light never worked, you had to access my unit at times because that's where the control panel is (should be a company unit so you dont have to bother tenants), drive aisles are crap for getting large trucks in, no restroom on site, and gate hours are stupid. Will never be back to store with you.
