Nicole A | Overall ExperienceI moved in 3 months ago and it advertised as climate control. It wasn't at all. There is a sign that says facility AC is being repaired. Pricing fluctuated , however, after speaking up they were able to correct it. I'm not happy that they can change prices every 3 months. Facility location seems unsafe for a woman.

Tara G | ReservationI moved out 4/3/25. November on in or around the office all day. After calls emails to let them know I moved. Another round on 4/30/25 after receiving a notice of increase in rent. I explained I moved out 4:3/25. I was charged 5/1 again. I called and talked to someone explaining it all. I was told it would be fixed. Then I get notice today I moved out 5:2/25 so they kept an extra months rent. What a scam.

Troy P | ReservationAdvertised as a climate controlled unit. It was not! When we retrieved our entire belongings from the unit everything was covered in mouse droppings, mouse dropping were even in some taped boxes, mattress covers were soaked with brown fluid on where they sat on the concrete, furniture that was touching the floor covered in mold and swollen from water damage. The foyer area smelled like something died and the trash was over flowing. I have pictures of everything. The back of the building contained a large area of standing water. No air was circulating the entire 7 hours we were there to load everything into the Uhaul. I called and left a message since the office is always closed and I never received a call back.

I was able to use the long dolly that was part of the facility and it helped me tremendously as I was moving the furniture by myself. Thank you for having such wonderful employees.
