Pamela c | Overall ExperienceThe problem we had was a mold. After a year and a half in storage we ended up having to dispose of 3 bookcases, 4 fabric chairs, 2 dressers and a wood filing cabinet. Disappointing, but to be expected in an outdoor unit I guess.

Bonnie B | Overall ExperienceThe unit was burglarized. My lock was smashed. I was only provided with a strong lock AFTER the burglary. The gate was always open all day. Key code access on the gate was promised after the burglary but was never installed. No dispute to resolve. It’s the only storage unit in town so reviews are a bit pointless.
