My huge issue is for a unit that has no food or perishable items in it we got infested with mice and it chewed my couch and bed and the only resolve is oh claims will reach you with no idea in when. That is unacceptable to leave your customers without those important home items.

Overall good reliably helpful service from employees with great attitudes. Felt secure storing my belongings here and would use this company and location again.

We had to wait for someone to bring one back and there were only 2 other people onsite moving things. Also the unit we were assigned was already taken and I had to stand in line again to get it sorted out.
