Melanie E | Overall ExperienceThe only one thing I have an issue with is that the office is not open on Saturday to pay Storage, I understand that they have a drop box and I now know that you can pay on line. I was not told that you could pay online. For the people that can not use the internet to pay. It is kind of a hassel not to be able to get in there and pay on Saturday. I have used the drop box but I guess they did not check it and I was charged a late fee so I called them, they checked the box and apologized, they removed the late fee, but from that point on I did not use the drop box .but that is only complaint I have. Office staff was always great , will recommend the facility and thank you so much Pearl Bradley
