The main entrance gate was broken, the facility was always unsecured. I reported this to the switchboard operator the first day I moved in and it was never addressed. I would never recommend someone to pay for a secure storage unit that is not secure.

When this new company based in Florida bought the facility the made it extremely difficult to pay for your unit. All they wanted was for you to set up auto pay. Convenience for them not the customer was how they wanted to do business. That's why I left.
