Gate broken for most of this year. Appears that someone is living off and on in a motor home parked there. There was an old Mercedes parked outside my unit, hasn't moved in years with out of date tags. Never a call back from manager. Disgusted. It was great in the beginning, but service has declined greatly. Very disappointed. I had sent people there in the past, now I would not recommend it. Although cameras were installed a while ago, one is laying on ground for months without any way to tell anyone. get a better manager.

JAMES M | Overall ExperienceThe main entrance gate was broken, the facility was always unsecured. I reported this to the switchboard operator the first day I moved in and it was never addressed. I would never recommend someone to pay for a secure storage unit that is not secure.

When this new company based in Florida bought the facility the made it extremely difficult to pay for your unit. All they wanted was for you to set up auto pay. Convenience for them not the customer was how they wanted to do business. That's why I left.
