I rented a unit at this facility that I never ended up using. Within days of renting it, I called to cancel my rental because I did not need it. I never visited the unit, never moved anything into it, and never used the facility at all. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and spoken with several different people, but no one has been willing or able to resolve the issue. It has now been about two months, and they are still trying to charge me for a service I never used. This situation is completely unacceptable. I made every effort to address the matter through the proper channels, but I have received no meaningful assistance. I hope management takes responsibility and resolves this issue fairly and promptly.
