All good EXCEPT they don't prorate monthly charges. We closed out just under two weeks into the billing period and they wouldn't refund remaining 2+ weeks. Other places do. Disappointing.

GEORGE S. | Overall ExperienceI spoke to a guy at the office and told him I had moved my things out of the storage unit #50. He said I had to come in to sign something but I told him that I was out of town. He then told me not to worry about it that he would close it out for me. Then a week or so later you charged me for an additional month. You need to charge that amount back on my card or I will have to seek legal alternatives since that is fraud. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
PHILIP S. | Overall ExperienceThe unit leaked and we had quite a few items ruined, including seven dress shirts that cost about $100 each, which were so moldy that the stains and smell could not be removed. There was also a dead mouse and mouse droppings all over the storage unit. We did mention this to the man who checked us out but, although he was very nice, he said he couldn’t do anything.

The guys came out of the shop ... defrosted the hitch with a torch ... did alll the heavy lifting ... made certain I was plugged-in properly and hooked-up safely. High INTEGRITY folks. Bunch of Good Ol' Boys just look'n out for their customers. It was a throwback for sure ... and, i sooo APPRECIATED THEM!! Recommend this shop HIGHLY!!! :)
