Samuel J | Overall ExperienceThere is too much dirt that blows into the unit. It gets kicked up from the driveway. Everything in the unit gets covered with thick dust. Unrelated to the unit itself, I'm not sure why the work "access" in question 3 of this survey is capitalized. Is it an acronym?

GEORGE S | Overall ExperienceI spoke to a guy at the office and told him I had moved my things out of the storage unit #50. He said I had to come in to sign something but I told him that I was out of town. He then told me not to worry about it that he would close it out for me. Then a week or so later you charged me for an additional month. You need to charge that amount back on my card or I will have to seek legal alternatives since that is fraud. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
PHILIP S | Overall ExperienceThe unit leaked and we had quite a few items ruined, including seven dress shirts that cost about $100 each, which were so moldy that the stains and smell could not be removed. There was also a dead mouse and mouse droppings all over the storage unit. We did mention this to the man who checked us out but, although he was very nice, he said he couldn’t do anything.

The guys came out of the shop ... defrosted the hitch with a torch ... did alll the heavy lifting ... made certain I was plugged-in properly and hooked-up safely. High INTEGRITY folks. Bunch of Good Ol' Boys just look'n out for their customers. It was a throwback for sure ... and, i sooo APPRECIATED THEM!! Recommend this shop HIGHLY!!! :)
