My unit had a whole in the ceiling an was covered with temperature controlled sheets. My unit got water damage and the facility is infested with mice. Facility is very run down and the units are not maintained

Owner locks your container after one day past bill due date, recommend putting 2 locks on your door!!! Oh and good luck finding someone in the office to pay so your not late, seems like one employee with his own imaginary hours

Called local police and sheriff dept...no one had a phone number to them.. worthless...told ladie in office about problems, it continued to be a problem
