There are no help answer when they are ready no matter what time it is. It’s all over Facebook of countless people having their units broken into stuff stolen and they offer no help or remorse my unit was one and it was even double locked and all I got was unfortunately that happens and nothing else. Besides admitting they don’t have good security and it happens.

Bethan Hamilton is extremely rude, she likes to threaten people when questioned about her lack of math skills. Then they charge you more when you say you're taking them to court. Do not store your things there!!!

Jennifer D | Overall ExperienceI was very happy with this storage facility. I felt it was secure. I did keep lots of mouse poison in the unit as there were mice but my blocks kept them out very well. Some storage facilities do the mouse poison for you but I was happy to put it out myself. I had lots of fabric in there and not one mouse nest. It did get moisture on the right side of the unit but none on the left.
