SHERLYN L | Overall ExperienceH2 Storage is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. Very poor management. They have no clue how to run a business. Bethan Hamilton is extremely rude, she likes to threaten people when questioned about her lack of math skills. Then they charge you more when you say you're taking them to court. Do not store your things there!!!

Jennifer D | Overall ExperienceI was very happy with this storage facility. I felt it was secure. I did keep lots of mouse poison in the unit as there were mice but my blocks kept them out very well. Some storage facilities do the mouse poison for you but I was happy to put it out myself. I had lots of fabric in there and not one mouse nest. It did get moisture on the right side of the unit but none on the left.
