Murray H | Overall ExperienceNumber one complaint...my unit was on the north. The snow and ice was NOT cleared off close to the door so I had no access all winter long. It built up to about 2 feet of ice. Then in the spring, where the ice had built up, when it started to melt it flooded my unit about 3 feet into it. Luckily, I had the forethought to put my furniture on pallets or else it would have been ruined. Number two complaint...I would still be a customer there had you not raised the price. I'm on a fixed income and 35.00 more a month is huge to me. Considering I got flooded and had no winter access, I can only give an average rating. Sorry. Angel Sims
ANGEL S | Overall ExperienceWe loved the covered storage. However it was a bit difficult to back our fifth wheel into the spot we had. It was a bit to tight in between the two buildings. Other then that we have no complaints.
