The storage unit worked out well at first, but everything changed after I was robbed. From that point on, it became extremely difficult to deal with the facility. They didn’t have cameras, and I struggled just to get in touch with staff. It felt like no one was taking the situation seriously until several more units were broken into. Only then did a staff member ask about what was taken and say they would report it, but I never received any follow-up. Unfortunately, the whole experience left me feeling like no one really cared.
