Since the switch to BriteLock it was an absolute joke trying to use customer service and cancel my unit. The only way to contact is through text and you have to use a chat bot, which is a joke and can’t even talk to an actual person. When the text finally switches to a “live person” they are short and unwelcoming. I will not use britelock again.
