The location was well maintained. That is the only good thing I can say. I rate it poorly because of the additional charge for a lock that I have no use for after moving out and the extreme difficulty to contact a person for assistance. There is no point posting a phone number at the facility that only leads to voice mail. Bots cannot help a customer if the entry gate is inoperable. Furthermore, I had prepaid for 4 months, moved out after 3 months and was told by an employee that I would be refunded one month. This did not happen. I will never recommend this location, avoid it like the plague.

Marc L | Overall ExperienceThere is never anyone there. Trying to get a hold of someone via phone is a joke. There were no locks on units.
Katherane D | Overall ExperienceSince the switch to BriteLock it was an absolute joke trying to use customer service and cancel my unit. The only way to contact is through text and you have to use a chat bot, which is a joke and can’t even talk to an actual person. When the text finally switches to a “live person” they are short and unwelcoming. I will not use britelock again.
