Took the front office 6-7 minutes to find our paperwork. We drove through 2ft of snow to find a larger drift in front of the door of the unit. There was no plug in for our battery/ block heater. We will have a dead battery. Then we stood out in 8f blizzard for 15 minutes waiting for a van. Kind of a mess. Why didn’t they clear the snow at all? Regards M Justin Moore

Justin M | ReservationI was very impressed that the employees drove thru the facility at different hours. A few times we either left our door opened or installed our lock incorrectly. They called us as soon as they were alerted of a problem no matter the time of day. I appreciated this and could get right over to secure our unit.
Teresa B | Overall ExperienceAnnette was the manager for this facility while I stored my items here. I was yelled at by her multiple times during my time storing stuff here. The first time I was screamed at for using the car wash. She could have asked politely for me to not use the car wash”unlimited car wash” that is advertised as part of the unit but did not. She approached me and started yelling immediately. Second time I was yelled at by her was for using the gate to access my stuff “too often”. The last time she screamed at me was when I was closing my lease. Another customer didn’t use a code and tailgated me out of the lot. She screamed at me and stated “I needed to call her to deal with the issue. I have this last incident on video. She was watching the cameras so if she felt there was an issue, it sounds like she should have addressed it. I will never store at Dimond storage again due to her behavior and hateful manner.
