Annette was the manager for this facility while I stored my items here. I was yelled at by her multiple times during my time storing stuff here. The first time I was screamed at for using the car wash. She could have asked politely for me to not use the car wash”unlimited car wash” that is advertised as part of the unit but did not. She approached me and started yelling immediately. Second time I was yelled at by her was for using the gate to access my stuff “too often”. The last time she screamed at me was when I was closing my lease. Another customer didn’t use a code and tailgated me out of the lot. She screamed at me and stated “I needed to call her to deal with the issue. I have this last incident on video. She was watching the cameras so if she felt there was an issue, it sounds like she should have addressed it. I will never store at Dimond storage again due to her behavior and hateful manner.
