The sliding doors did not work to haul out large items
JACQUELINE N | Overall ExperienceSo I’ve been a customer for 9 years: 2017–2026. I’ll say that generally speaking, I’ve been treated professionally and with respect. Current manager is very respectful and you can tell he actually cares. Current employee that sits in the next stall over, rude and very disrespectful. When you all changed the security system sometime in the last couple of months, there was no notice and no instructions given. You all could’ve sent out an email or letter, the way you do every year when you raise your prices. In fact, you could’ve sent out a front/back letter and it would not have cost you a dime more to let your customers know that the system had changed, and how to access the buildings. In trying to figure it out, I recommend that you have written instructions that you can hand people. Or an email that you could literally email to someone in real time, giving them the instructions. Unfortunately, I was treated as if I was somehow the problem, and even when the rude guy went to the back of the building, he didn’t actually show me how to do it. I still had to figure it out even with him standing there. Suffice to say, the customer is not the problem. Nor should we be treated that way. Again, 2017–2026, the basic function of safe storage was fulfilled, and generally speaking when I had to interface with Front Desk staff, people have been helpful. You might want to take a look at this most recent incident and consider some customer service training.
Michael D | Overall ExperienceFound a better fit, move-out was very easy. I appreciate the staff, but the units themselves are a little dark and climbing stairs was not ideal, especially when I had some heavier items.
Anya D | Overall ExperienceI made the reservation and then changed the date, the unit got rented out and I was unable to get a unit of equal size. Is a well-secured facility, but not sure i would ever use again, a bit too expensive and they didn't show me the unit before the contract was signed.

Faiatiga A | Overall ExperienceI would highly recommend the Uhaul on old seward anchorage AK over the one on Dimond BLVD anchorage ak , they were prompt and if with another customer they still recognized me and let me know they would be with me in a moment unlike the one on Dimond blvd had people waiting in line for awhile just talking away to someone on other things other than what the person was there for.
