Great place for long term parking; the best car wash in town! The 30-min On & Off plug-in didn't work for my battery tender; it would be nice to have a continuous power supply for some covered spaces (I'd be happy to pay more), though your mobile jump service made up for that! Please take great care of the best looking staff member in the office ... the husky :))

Brent H | Overall ExperienceWhile my vehicle was parked here, it was entered illegally along with seven other cars. The facility pretty. much said oh well, that'll be $250 a month, too bad. They did tell me they increased security but somehow when I picked the car up, there were items in the car that didn't belong to me, meaning that the illegal entering continued. No one was mean or rude throughout but grossly unhelpful.

Signed up for rental and they said I would be contacted within 24hr to do meet up at loc for move in. Agent never called back. Made contact with office 5 times and stated each time they were sending messages to agent (Annette) who wood call me. Never happened. This company has no follow thru in making contact and don't even know how they are in business. Contacted other company and they had excellent customer service and took care of my needs.
