I’ve been a customer over 25 yrs. The place has potholes, units have No lights. There r receptacles there but no power and the rent continues to increase with nothing being fixed. The location is good, off the beaten track but that’s about it. Won’t mine the increases if the place would be taken care of. The only reason I stayed was the lady in the office is very nice and helpful. Lonnie, your the BEST

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ve been a customer over 25 yrs. The place has potholes, units have No lights. Kara B | Overall ExperienceI always have a great experience every winter storing my car at Budget Store and Lock in Bangor. The staff is great.
Gary D | Overall ExperienceI use this facility almost every winter,,Loni always goes the extra mile to ensure delivery, access, and pickup are smooth and convenient. Thanks,,
DOUG G | Overall ExperienceI will come back next year
RUDY G | Overall ExperienceLoni is helpful and kind .:). For one of the big storage unit there . A lot of snakes and mice that get into unit. They were there a lot every time I opened the unit door . My stuff got very dirty from inside . It’s an older unit ,so I understand. It was too close for me to loni home and other little home plus house behind unit for me to feel comfortable unloading or getting stuff out of garage . That’s just how I felt ! I felt like a pain at certain hours being there doing my thing in unit since they all reside there. Just my opinion! Otherwise great place and people who work there :)
ELSIE M | Overall ExperienceWe were very pleased with our two year rental. Loni was very accommodating. She is very professional with excellent customer service. The security and safety is the best. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
LENA & | Overall ExperienceThe employee Lonnie made our experience the best it could have been. Our only complaint was the lack of lighting inside the unit.
MARLENE P | Overall ExperienceBe prepared to give the unit a thorough cleaning first thing. They lay traps but you should bring your own, you're going to need them. A bit overpriced in my opinion but I still valued it enough. 3.5/5.
Joseph W | Overall ExperienceThe facility representative is awesome! Loni was very helpful and always available. However I did have water and mold damage to my belongings. I lost some property and now have to file an insurance claim. Even though I thoroughly taped and shrink wrapped my boxes and mattresses, whatever made contact with the floor, was damaged. But Loni saved the day and bought boxes and contractor bags to transfer some of the stuff that was salvageable.
ILIANA D | Overall ExperienceThank you I appreciate your kindness and service
LINDY S | Overall ExperienceI never once met an employee, did all business over the phone. Every time I attempted to enter the office, it was closed. Also, both of our units got wet and moldy and ruined my belongings and furniture.
Cerena M | Overall ExperienceThere is a rat infestation in the facility and it took weeks to get anything done about it. I had to throw out belongings I have paid to store there for 15 years. The new owners are not maintaining the place. I found them very difficult to deal with and with very little empathy or sympathy. On a positive note, the maintenance crew and the workers that cleaned and moved my belongings to another facility were considerate, respectful and helpful. The actual site manager is very helpful and understanding.
TINA C | Overall ExperienceI have used this facility for 3 years to store my car, and they have done a nice job keeping it safe.
Jennifer N | Overall ExperienceGreat customer service.
