Loni was very easy to work with and very nice as well as attentive! There was an issue at one point someone had getting in who had the same first name as me, so she called every person with the same first name to make sure they had resolved their issue as she wasn’t able to see the last name. I thought that was an above and beyond moment as someone cookie have just let it go if they weren’t called about the issue. My only issue I had was realizing that when leaving the storage unit I was not able to get a prorate refund.. I’m sure it was in the contract somewhere but I feel that’s not a big ask or big deal to get back whatever the amount is per day back that i left before the month was up.
