BRIAN L | Overall ExperienceLoni was great and very helpful. My unit was infested with stink bugs. This is the reason I chose to end my contract. I had to throw out many things because of this infestation. The grounds were very muddy and at one point I had a car space and the catalytic converter was stolen while on the property. I mentioned to staff but it was never investigated. I moved to a different storage facility which is surrounded by pavement unlike this facility which is a muddy mess. I was very unhappy with the unit due to stink bug infestation and muddy yard. This is no reflection on the office team as this is beyond their control. I have the insurance for claims but this is just not worth my time. I threw out alot of stuff because of stink bugs but this facility should do more to rectify this situation.

Pay for the entire month or we lock you out of access to units. What a TERRIBLE POLICY. BIG MONEY CRAB. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I due intend to make my feelings known on social media vigorously and often. For weeks to come.
