We used the storage for many years and never had any issues. Nobody messed with anything and was as we left it. If we found ourselves back in that part of Fl would use again

Sherry M | ReservationThis is the second time I have used Burns and this last run (about a year) we had two back to back hurricanes come through and RAIL us. The facility emailed me throughout the event keeping me apprised of water levels which never entered the units ( came close ! ) our town flooded hard but my stuff was dry and safe and I loved how they kept me informed via email for the whole event. They are super friendly and easy to work with 24x7 gate access which for me is great I can go in after hours I work all day. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely be back :).
