NEED Rain GUTTERS! Frustrating to get dripped on from morning dew or rain remnants off the roof when you are trying to unlock or going in and out of the unit. This issue also causes the green mold at the bottom of the door, you have to stick your hand in it to get to the handle. The mold was finally cleaned a week before we moved out but will return untll gutters are installed. i have been in many storage facilities and never had my rent increased after 6 months, it's always been after a year.

That was our only issue during our stay. We have rented storage lockers for many years and this was the first time we had our rent increased. Two times in less than one year. We did dispute with the office and they said they could not change. We are senior citizens on fixed income. Rent should stay the same for at least 1 year.
