No bugs, no mice or other nasty critters. A little dust but no moisture at all, after four years.. I live in Chicago, and my son lives in Coal City. The rent was a fraction of what it would have been in Chicago, probably about a fourth or fifth. If I need storage in the future, I will be a return customer.
