I dont remember his name but the guy that works in the on-site office was kind and helpful when I had an issue with a lock. Service and payment portal were easy to access. Only down side is there are several holes and dips on uneven gravel.

The rent was a fraction of what it would have been in Chicago, probably about a fourth or fifth. If I need storage in the future, I will be a return customer.
