Aaron W | Overall ExperienceThe UHAUL reservation system for an affiliate storage facility works well, however, it is only a reservation system. I arrived to the facility for check-in to discover the facility closed in observance for Good Friday Easter. In hindsight I should have double checked with the facility directly prior to arrival. Fortunately the owner happened to stop by and worked with me for my check-in. The owner and office manager (via phone call on her day off) provided exceptional customer service! I recommend Keep It Stored Concord.
