I didn’t interact with any staff in-person, but conducted everything over the phone, or by text. Josh was always available to communicate; he was awesome about answering all of my questions, and remaining friendly and patient even if I had to ask again, or clarify. He was accommodating about handling things outside the box if it worked better, which in my circumstances was such a load off, and I appreciated that, every time. I received excellent customer service in the months I worked with Josh, which is less and less common now, unfortunately. (Many businesses don’t seem to care about their customers anymore, and I never felt that here.) Beyond that, it felt safe and private to me, which is huge!; anyone I met in-passing was kind; and the AC was on-point, which is amazing when you are busting your butt in your storage area ;). I would have loved if there had been a big trash bin at my disposal there lol, but otherwise, 10/10 recommend.
